Statement of Purpose

The purpose of our local union is to ensure fair and equal treatment be given to all members regardless of ethnic origin, gender and years of stature. We demand respect from the company we work for and require that all labor laws be enforced to protect the rights of every member. As a union, we will stand up for the individual and their rights as an employee. We offer representation in many areas of a member’s life. We reserve the right to negotiate in good faith on each member’s behalf, for wages, hours, benefits and overall working condition. We will stand together as one unit, to serve each and every current and past member of this local union.
